National Social Service (NSS)
The NSS Unit was introduced in this college in 1979. A unit of eighty students was granted to this college in 1979. Then the number has now increased up to 450 (including girls unit).
The aim of NSS is to promote national consciousness and a sense of social Responsibility, Discipline and Dignity of labour and to help students to develop their personality.
NSS programs starts from 6th August every year on the eve of memorial day of Shri. Narayan Patil by plantation. More than 100 Boys and 50 Girls participate in NSS every year.

- A 10 day camp is held every year at Nagapur, Palsi in which different activities are taken.
- On 16th July 2002 a conference was held on NSS for whole Yavatmal District.
- On completion of 240 hours and attending a camp of NSS, the students are getting a University Certificate, by which the students get advantage in there education. For admission of B.Ed 1% is incremented, and the students who are member for 2 years will get 13 incentive marks in their graduation.

National Social Service (NSS)
- Workshop on Soya-Milk and bi-products of soyabin was organized at nageshwadi, and adopted village. The farmers from this village attended the workshop.
- Special camp was held at Nageshwadi from 1st Dec-07 to 10th December 2007. The students survay the health conditions of villagers. During the camp all participants stayed in village and performed different community services.

From 10th July 2007, regular activities and special programs have started. As a part of service, cleaning campaign was held on 20, 25 and 30th July 2007 in college. On 30th July, NSS regional coordinator Prof. Abhay Joshi guided the students on “part of Youth in NSS”. This unit has celebrated a memorable day of the founder President of this college Late Narayanrao Patil Wankhede by helding plantation program. President of the Institution and ex MLA Adv Anantrao Deosarkar was presided over function while secretary Dr Yadaorao Raut, Joint director of forest department, A N Vasudevan, SDO from Pusad Shree Dilip Swami and Prof Dilip Kale were present as chief guest.
On 9th August, special program was held to celebrate August Revolution day in the presence of principal Dr V.N. Kadam, Dr D V Tayde, and Prof. K B Shirse. Likewise on 12th August 2007, this unit arranged on day camp in which singing and speech competition was held for the students on “De-addiction”. In this competition Uma Shinde stood first while Sangeeta Bichewar and Suresh Kondewad grab second and third prize respectively.
